Erasmus + | Dutch Youth Institute

Erasmus + is the EU program for education, youth and sport. Erasmus + runs from 2014 to 2020 and aims to contribute to the personal development of young people and improve their employment opportunities.

 

The Netherlands Youth Institute (Nederlands Jeugdinstituut)  is the National Agency for Erasmus + programme, which focuses on increasing the quality of youth work, strengthening the skills of young people and bring greater recognition to non-formal eduction.

 

Erasmus + consists of three Key Actions: individual mobility, cooperation amongst organisations and policy support. Information on funding opportunities within this Key Actions for the youth sector you can find here.

 

The Netherlands Youth Institute (Dutch: Nederlands Jeugdinstituut) is the Dutch national institute for compiling, verifying and disseminating knowledge on children, parenting and families. It's main aim is to improve the physical, cognitive, mental and social development of children and young people by improving the quality and effectiveness of the services rendered to them and to their parents or carers.
